So many older adults are struggling these days due to the isolation forced upon us by the pandemic. The WRAP guide is a therapeutic tool we can use to support our mental health & well-being. The intention of this guide is to serve as an action plan, something we work on – not just something to read and think about. The gift of writing down our thoughts and feelings helps to free us from feeling stuck in negativity, fear and/or anxiety. Simply print out a copy of the worksheet for yourself. If you do not have a printer, you can read the questions and write your responses on notebook paper or in a journal.
