Moderate exercise provides many desirable physical and mental health benefits. Routine physical activity improves circulation, breath capacity, muscle tone, bone health and balance. Check the events calendar for dates and times and join one of our exercise classes for older adults today.

Due to COVID-19 concerns, exercise classes are currently offered Outdoors and on your Local Cable Access TV Station. You can view the programs on demand anytime. To access these programs, visit the Lanesborough website at: On the Local Cable Access TV Station page, scroll down to where it says “see program schedule” Click here and you will go to the web page with the program schedule. On the bottom of the page you will see all four videos. Click on a video to watch anytime of day. 

We also offer outdoor sitting and standing exercise class for seniors on Tuesdays and Thursdays. One group meets from 9-9:45am and a second group meets from 10-10:45am. There is currently space in each group for more participants. Classes are free to residents, $2 donation for visitors.
