S.H.I.N.E – The SHINE program provides free counseling and assistance to Medicare beneficiaries of all ages and their care givers.  Our volunteer SHINE counselor can help you understand Medicare benefits and other health insurance options. Massachusetts Weatherization Assistance Program – provides eligible households with air sealing, insulation, weather-stripping, and/or minor repairs. 1-800-632-8175
